Tediji V2025.7.0: facilitating communication with signatories

Here is the list of new features introduced in Tediji by Coexya V2025.7.0:

💬 Comments between signatories and creator

Allow signatories to easily communicate with the creator of the request using comments. Have a question or spot an error? Just send a message! A confidential mode limits the visibility of a comment to the creator only.

✏️ Modifying requests that have already been sent

Found an error in the email address or a document? You can now modify a signature request that has already been sent (if it has not yet been signed) without having to start over.

📂 Filter your templates

When you create a new request from a template, you can now filter your personal templates from those of your group.

📝 Custom signer fields & keyboard navigation

Save time: save custom fields (e.g., “Good for agreement”) and find them easily. And for greater precision, move your fields with the keyboard.

⏰ Notification before expiration

As the creator, you can now receive an email reminder before a request expires—so you can follow up with your signers in time.

📋 New request list

The request list has been redesigned: find key information at a glance, such as the status of each signer or requests that are about to expire.
